There are six opportunities available to advertise on the official conference app. This will be on a rotational basis
All conference delegates will be required to wear the badge and the lanyard. Conference to supply the lanyards.
Sponsor’s logo and conference logo to appear on the lanyards
- This event takes place on the 30th July.
- Exclusive recognition as the Awards Dinner sponsor
- Exclusive branding rights of the venue
- Opportunity to address the delegates at the function for five minutes
LUNCH (per lunch)
- There are three opportunities to brand the lunch break – Sunday 28th, Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th July.
- Sponsor to supply 2 pop up or table banners
- Sponsor can supply branded serviettes
CONFERENCE PENS AND PADS
The sponsor is to supply the pens and pads.
Sponsor’s logo to appear on the notepads
- A lounge area will be available to the delegates to network or just recharge their batteries in the exhibition area.
- Naming rights for the recharge zone
- Sponsor may display banners in the recharge zone
Sponsor a gift to be given to all delegates.

SAACI TEAM UNIFORMS
The SAACI team will wear the uniforms (shirts or aprons) for the duration of the conference. A walking advertisement for your brand. *committee to decide on the uniform
